The embryonic site appeared in 1994 or 1995, I don't really remember exactly.
It was hosted successively by Geocities, then Claranet, then Imaginet, and finally Free.
Oh, of course, it wasn't like it is today! It consisted of a single page with a few texts and an image, if I remember correctly. These access providers only offered a ridiculous amount of space.
My brief research on the Beast of Gévaudan prompted me to put my findings online so that they would be easily accessible to anyone interested.
Later, much later, around 2003, the site was expanded and hosted by Infomaniak.
Then it moved to EdeweissHosting as it began to expand.
I even self-hosted for a while on a personal NAS server.
And in 2010, I took advantage of the services of o2switch, a hosting company that had just arrived on the market, which was French, and which had servers in Clermont-Ferrand, France. It started out a bit chaotic, but the services improved over the years and it was a good hosting company.

Unfortunately, during 2022, they were acquired, without notifying their customers, by TWS, a Dutch company focused solely on profit.
Six months later, the price of the single offer has increased by around 40%.
Then, in January 2025, the single offer was split into three, and the prices soared!!
For the same service, we went from €72/year to… €345/year!!!
They kept the offer at the old rate, but significantly downgraded the features.
I've been recommending this host for years, but no, sorry, they're taking us for idiots, lemons that can be squeezed...

End of 2021, I decided to completely redesign the site to make it faster, more user-friendly and suitable for phones and tablets.
I took the opportunity to add documents, videos, interviews, and more.
Since then, and despite certain virulent people who have wasted their time trying to put me down, to make me look like less than nothing in terms of knowledge of the history of the Bestia, this site continues to live peacefully.
