Il \u00e9tait marchand cultivateur et \u00e9pousa le 20 novembre 1790 \u00e0 Saugues, Marie-Anne Meyronneinc, fille de Claudette Nauton et de Jean-Claude Meyronneinc. Jean-Claude \u00e9tait le cousin germain du petit Joseph Meyronneinc qui sera d\u00e9vor\u00e9 par la B\u00eate \u00e0 Servi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout jeunes, les auteurs avaient entendu parler de cette B\u00eate f\u00e9roce.
